- Documents: for deliveries outside the EU, customs declarations are prepared before departure.
Which trucks we use
- General freight: palletised components and materials, full loads (FTL) or groupage (LTL).
- Tautliner: side loading by forklift, for crates and packed machinery.
- Mega Trailer: for bulky, light parts (insulation, packaging, plastic parts).
- Express: a dedicated truck and priority departure when the line is waiting; we confirm the deadline in the quote.
- Dangerous goods (ADR): with an ADR-certified truck and driver.
What to tell us for a firm quote
- The loading and unloading places, with the time by which the goods must arrive.
- The number of pallets or packages, their dimensions and weight.
- The ADR class and UN number, if the goods are dangerous.
- Whether there is packaging to bring back.
- The preferred date and whether the transport repeats.

Frequently asked questions
How fast can a truck leave for an urgent delivery?
It depends on how close the nearest free truck is and how much driving time its driver has left. We prioritise the trip with a truck dedicated to your goods alone and confirm the deadline in the quote; call us, it's faster than the form.
Do you carry dangerous goods (ADR)?
Yes, with an ADR-certified truck and driver. Give us the class and UN number of the goods in your request, so we can check we can take them and prepare the documents.
Can you bring back returnable packaging?
Yes, on the return trip, if it fits the route: crates, plastic boxes, empty pallets. We include them in the quote if you tell us from the start.
Do you take machinery or large parts?
We take machinery and parts that fit into a standard semi-trailer: 13.60 m long, 2.45 m wide, 2.70 m internal height (3.00 m on the Mega Trailer). For anything larger, ask us in your request.
